**Location and Services:**
Our aparthotel is so close to the bus stop and train station that the bus and train practically ring at the entrance. And for those who prefer four wheels over wheels, it's only a short two minutes to Kaprun and about ten minutes to the charming Zell am See. Please note that we don't have a traditional reception desk that is staffed continuously - our elves are only on-site sporadically. But don't worry, you can reach us anytime between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM via WhatsApp or SMS at +43 664 5444760.
**Check-in and Keys:**
Our motto: "Better via SMS or WhatsApp than with smoke signals!" We need your email addresses to send you the online check-in form. Just send your names and email addresses to our number +43 664 5444 760 – and voilà! The online check-in form is a must since we don't have a traditional reception. It's your red carpet to the guest card and entry into your apartment with the keybox code we'll send on your arrival day.
**Check-in Times:**
We joyfully welcome you between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Early birds? No problem, for a few gold coins of 50 euros, you can check in before 3:00 PM. Night owls who prefer to shine under the stars? The 50 euro trick applies here too, to let you in after 6:00 PM. But please remember, we're not mind readers, so inform us in advance so we can check if a check-in outside of these times is possible.
**Late Arrival and Policies:**
For the night owls looking to reach for the stars: please send us a photo of your ID and credit card number with expiration date so we can charge the service fee as per your booking confirmation and 50 euros for late check-in. The 500 euro deposit will be reserved on your credit card and immediately refunded on the day of departure after a joint inspection of the apartment, provided everything is in order. Don't worry, we guard your credit card details like treasure. If you prefer to pay in cash, please let us know in advance. Please be aware that it may take up to 6 weeks for your bank to refund the deposit if we reserve the amount on your credit card. - The time it takes for your bank to refund the amount is unfortunately beyond our control.
**Apartment Preparation:**
Your apartments await you like freshly ironed shirts on the rack. Please let us know in advance how many of you are arriving - adults, children, babies, and, of course, your four-legged friends. Unlike in Hollywood, our prices are the same for everyone, regardless of size, and during booking, you can see that we charge per person, not per apartment. Please note that last-minute changes on the day of arrival are not possible, so please provide the correct number of people, whether they are big, small, babies, or fluffy four-legged friends.
**Cleaning Service:**
We do not offer daily cleaning service to protect your privacy. However, on request, we can perform an intermediate cleaning including towel change and thorough cleaning for a fee of 40 euros.
**Initial Supplies:**
Like a starter pack for adventurers, you'll find upon arrival for each person: 1 x bed linen, 1 x small towel, 1 x large towel, 1 x toilet paper per toilet, 2 x garbage bags, 2 x dishwasher tabs, as well as salt, pepper, and sugar. If the initial supplies run out, you can easily replenish these magical ingredients at the local supermarket.
**Kitchen and Equipment:**

**Laundry Room:**
Our laundry room may not be a potion laboratory, but you can wash and dry your laundry here for free. You just need to bring your own washing powder magic elixir.
**Bathrobes and Additional Amenities:**
Bathrobes are like cozy embraces made of terry cloth - on request, you can secure a piece of cuddly luxury for 10 euros.
**Important Information in the Apartment in the Guest Folder on the Table:**
Your apartment is like a secret treasure trove full of useful information. In the brown guest folder, lying on the table, you'll find the Wi-Fi password, information about our bread roll service, emergency numbers, and much more. And yes, there is a white sheet of paper on the table with your name - no magic, just your guest card!
**Parking and Wi-Fi:**
Free parking and Wi-Fi are as common here as salt in soup.
**Bread Roll Service and More:**
We don't serve a traditional breakfast to avoid imposing strict times on our guests. We have a special trick up our sleeves: our online bread roll service! Long before the first sparrows chirp on the roof, bread rolls, jam, butter, and more will be delivered upon request and order. **Check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM:**
We want to see your radiant faces on the day of departure too! Please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM at the latest. Let us know beforehand so we can conduct the check-out together. If you want to stay in the apartment a bit longer, check-out by 1:00 PM is usually possible for an additional fee of 50 euros. Please inquire in advance if this is feasible, as it depends on the arrival of our next guests.
**Additional Important Information:**

**Summer Season:**
Enjoy the sun, the pool, and relaxation! Our heated outdoor pool is your best friend. The sauna? It looks forward to pampering you from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please note that during the main season, no advance booking is required, but in the low season, you can reserve the sauna for a fee of 20 euros per person per hour. We'll prepare everything exclusively for you and open the wellness area only for you.
**Winter Season:**
When the snow falls, it gets cozy! Our sauna and pool are available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. In the low season, you can also book the sauna exclusively for a fee. Please reserve in advance.
