### Important Information for Our Guests to Prepare for Their Stay at the Apartment Complex

**Check-In Information**
There are two options for check-in:

**Personal Check-in (upon request and subject to availability)**:
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Emma Deluxe Aparthotel, Fürth 153, 5721 Piesendorf
- Please inform us in advance via WhatsApp (+43 664 452 3636) of your first and last name, booking date, and private email address so we can send you the online check-in form.
- The form must be completed no later than one day before your arrival.
- Include all persons (including children and babies).
- A deposit of 500 euros can be made in cash or by credit card.
- Inform us one day before your arrival about your approximate arrival time.

**Check-in via Key Box**:
- Required: completed online form, photo of passport for all arriving guests, and credit card number with expiration date for the 500 euro deposit.
- Access details to the apartment will be provided shortly before arrival if all guidelines are met.
- Inform us by 11:00 AM on the day of arrival about your approximate arrival time via SMS or WhatsApp.

For late check-ins after 7:00 PM, owner approval is required. Without a credit card, you must arrive between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM and complete a personal check-in at Emma Deluxe Aparthotel.

**Early Check-In**:
- Upon request, fee: 50 euros

**Check-Out**:
- 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Please leave the apartment in good condition, close all windows, and notify us 30 minutes before departure for a joint inspection and return of the deposit.

**Late Check-Out**:
- Only upon request and subject to availability, fee: 50 euros

**Guest Card with Discounts in the Region (NO Summer Card)**
- A guest card will only be issued and sent if the online check-in form is completed. For this, we need your email address via WhatsApp or SMS at +43 664 452 3636. Please include your first and last name and "Emma Deluxe" so we can assign it to you. We have 3 houses and many apartments.

**Cleaning**
- No daily cleaning included in the price. Mid-stay cleaning upon request: 70 euros

### Apartment Amenities
- **Fully Equipped Kitchen**: Microwave oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, Nespresso capsule machine, safe
- **No Air Conditioning**: Fans available for a fee (20 euros)
- **Underfloor Heating**: Throughout the apartment

### Laundry Room
- Two dryers and two washing machines available free of charge. No detergent provided. Vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board (only usable in the laundry room).

### Outdoor Pool
- Open year-round and free of charge. Winter: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Summer: open 24/7. Use only with swimwear.

### Starter Set
Includes sugar, salt, pepper, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, toilet paper, shower gel. If these items run out, please purchase them during your stay. No replenishment service provided. Bed linen per person, towels per person, dish towel, microfiber cloth, bathroom with shower/toilet combination, towel warmer, hairdryer.

### No Air Conditioning
For environmental reasons, fresh air is provided through open windows. Fans are available for a fee (20 euros).

### Sauna (from 15 years)
- Winter High Season: Free daily from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Outside these hours: Available by prior reservation only, fee: 20 euros per hour per apartment

### Pets
- Dogs and cats allowed on request, fee: 30 euros per night per pet

### Parking
- Free on designated parking spaces. Provide license plate number at check-in. Do not park at the e-charging stations.

### E-Charging Station
- Available by prior reservation and for a fee

### Deposit
- 500 euros per apartment upon arrival in cash or by credit card. Refund upon departure if no damages are present. For credit card payments, it may take up to 6 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.
