She upgraded our room to a stunning apartment with a breathtaking view and also offered us a late check-out. Her warm welcome and exceptional service made us feel very special. The apartment was beautifully equipped, adding to the overall luxury of our stay. Aloliwi08/06/202410Verifiziertرااااائعة ☺كل شي كان مثالي! من استقبال السيدة نتالي الى نظافة المكان ووجود كل شي نحتاجه سواء بالمطبخ او الشطاف او ادوات التنظيف.. المكان مريح وهادي والشرفة جداً حلوة .. اكيد لو رجعنا بنسكن عندهم بإذن الله👍🏼👍🏼 حتى ما اخذت مننا تأمين ال500يورو! قالت انا اثق فيكم Everything was lovely and ms Natalie was so warm and kind! ☹عدم وجود عوازل للنوافذ والابواب مما يجعل الناموس في كل مكان ومزعج خصوصا مع وجود اطفال

Fahad26/05/202410Verifiziertإقامة رائعة ☺الصراحة تجربة سكن مميزة بمنطقة كابرون من إستقبال صاحبة المكان والترحيب والشقة نظيفة جداً ، للعلم الشقة جديدة صار لها 3 سنوات بس ، وكذلك يوجد فيها شطاف ، وقريبة جداً من جميع الأماكن السياحية ، وصاحبة المكان السيدة نتالي متميزة بالتعامل مع الضيوف وتساعد بكل شي ، ونظام الشقة اخدم نفسك بنفس يعني مافي روم سيرفس وإذا احتجت اي شي كلم السيدة نتالي ، وكذلك تتوفر مواقف أمام السكن، شكراً السيدة نتالي على الاستضافة الرائعة ☹كل شي رائع

The place itself is incredible and I’d highly recommend everyone to stay here if you’re looking for somewhere just outside of Zel Am See (9 mins on a train). Thank you Natalie for your hospitality, it was a pleasure staying at your resort! ☹ Nothing
Shelley22/05/202410VerifiziertA beautiful place for us to remember, creating a memorable 21st birthday trip for our son too. ☺ In terms of the apartment - that was located perfectly in between the 2 ski areas. It was quiet, great parking, easy to find, beautifully laid out apartment with a great view of the mountains. Everything was comfortable and decorated very tastefully. They had left some really nice welcoming touches - and we were all very delighted to come back after a days skiing to relax there. We liked the seating arrangement and had many memorable meals around that table. The staff were really friendly and the spa facilities including the pool was such a bonus. After a long days skiing to be able to have a sauna and also swim in a heated pool outside was just divine. Also loved the heated drying room and racks for our ski gear - having dry and warm boots to put on in the morning was fantastic. ☹ We liked everything about our stay at Emma Apartments.
Andreas21/05/202410Verifiziert☺Das Apartment war ausgezeichnet. Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen, der Pool war auch eine sehr schöne Ergänzung. Viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden.
